  Abstract

Cell is the fundermental unit of life. The research about cells has always beenthe hot topic in biological fields. Cell separation is an indispensible part in cellresearch, and it is the prerequisite of cell culturing and dignosising some diseases.

In recent years, microfluidics have brought great convinience to cell separation, therefore large numbers of people devote themselves to study methods of cellisolation. Pinched Flow Fractionation, due to its simple manipulation and highapplication scope, has drawn research scholars' attention, since introduced.

In this paper, we are going to employ immersed boundary-lattice Boltzmannmethod to study Pinched Flow Fractionation, and lattice Boltzmann method isutilized to construct fluid field and immersed boundary method is used to simulatethe interaction between cells and fluid.

Firstly, the model and methods emploied in this paper are validated carefully.

The validation are based on three aspects: (1) validation of lid-driven cavity flow;(2) validation of two-dimensional Poiseuille flow; (3) validation of flow around acircular cylinder. By comparing the simulational results with previous results, it iscan be concluded that the methods and models can simulate the fluid flowaccurately.

Moreover, the separation performances of different conditions are studied. Theseparation effects at low Reynolds number (about 1) of different pinched segmentwidths, flow ratios, and cell membrane stiffness are discussed, and the cell bandingpheonomenon is investigated.

  The conclusions are following:

(1)The pinched segment width can influence the isolation performancetremendously, In most cases, decreasing the pinced segment width can improve theseparation performances.

(2)In order to separate two kinds of cells, the diluted flow rate must be morethan that of particle solution. Enlarging the diluted flow rate can enchance theseparation performances. However, when the diluted flow rate increases to somevalue, it is not effective any more to improve the isolation effects.

(3)The empirical formula can predict the outflow postions of cells. But whencells are too flexible, the formula will be not so effective.

(4)When the distance between two cells are too small, cell banding will occur.

And also, the relative position between two cells will influence the separtion effectas well. With the increase of distance between two cells, approximate isolationresults are obtained when small cell is in the front, back and left position of largecell. However, a better separation performance can be got when small cell is in theright postion of large cell.

  Abstract

The rapid development of mobile communication technologies and smart devices formobile health care provides an opportunity, this paper analyzes the development of thetechnology is mature mobile medical necessity and the status quo; and based on the arrival of theera of big data, using the correlation between the data for people to provide more intelligent andconvenient the new model of health care services.

This paper analyzes the structure and function of demand for mobile health care system, andremote fetal monitoring system design as an example to design, analyze a collection of wearabledevices, the user of the mobile terminal, medical institutions terminals, mobile medical servicesystem design needs to consider the background database interactive features and designprinciples for the design of future health care moves played a leading and guiding research.

Finally, we summarize the results of fetal monitoring service system design practice, and as amove designed to guide the development prospects of the new model of health care and thepromotion of basic services category.

This paper constitutes a total of five parts, the first part introduces the subject of sources andresearch background, purpose and meaning, and through the literature analyzed the currentsituation of mobile medical studies, including wearable devices, mobile medical category APPand mobile medical system the development of three aspects. The second part introduces theconcept of mobile medical systems , function and construction, and analyzed telemedicine, mobile medical and intelligence to distinguish between medical concepts and analyzes themobile medical system networking , cloud computing and big data technology to support thesethree and, finally, the community , hospitals and public benefits brought by mobile medicalsystems . The third part of the patient experience as the central concern for the health of patients '

needs and expectations , summed up a few of their psychological expectations , hoping to havemore specialized treatment and care , medical treatment process more convenient , moreintelligent monitoring , and summarizes the mobile medical system design principles, includingthe principle of the scene , the principle of fault tolerance , ease of principle , the principle ofemotion , privacy principles , the principle of consistency , the modular principle. The fourth partis a part of design practice, research and design through user surveys , this chapter constructs aset of remote fetal monitoring software system , the mobile phone side by pregnant women ,doctors digitizing tablet and back- end data management system to achieve all the data exchange ,shows in detail the design of interactive design services to remote fetal heart rate monitoringsystem processes and the various subsystems . The fifth part summarizes the findings of thisproject, as well as related shortcomings of the study. Analysis of the future development trend ofpersonalized mobile medical, social and information technology. Subsequent research and designto make a certain outlook.

  ABSTRACT

Due to the academic monopolization and other problems, Traditionalacademic journals and paid electronic journals are suffering from a seriouscrisis. At the same time, funds shortage and lack of storage space forliterature pushed the library to make the transformation. In this environment,Open Access, one new publishing model emerged in developed countries.

Compared to the open access of other countries, which is coming to maturity,Chinese open access is in the infancy. So we urgent need to learn fromforeign experience, so that our open access can get rapid development.

First of all, in this thesis, based on the implementation mechanism andcommon protocols, combined with the research result of domestic and foreignscholars, the definition of open access has been redefined. Then, by using theSWOT analytical method, this paper does qualitative and quantitative analysison external opportunities, threats and internal strengths, weaknesses ofChinese open access. At last, based on the analysis of the SWOT matrixstructure and the actual case of Springer, this paper makes a depth analysison SO, WO, ST, WT.

This paper is divided into five chapters: The first chapter mainly proposesthe background of this research. Besides clearing the object of study is theopen access of Chinese academic journal and Springer Open AccessJournals. And then, this chapter summaries the research status of openaccess; the second chapter open access overviews the open access, basedon the implementation mechanism and common protocols, by discussing theresearch result of domestic and foreign scholars, the definition of open accesshas been redefined; the third chapter introduces the development status ofSpringer, which pave the way for later case studies; the fourth chapteranalyzed the implementing open access in Chinese academic journals fromthe strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, which are the fouraspects of SWOT; the fifth chapter is based on the SWOT matrix structure, combined with the experience of Springer, analyses the SO, WO, ST, WT. Atthe same time, reference to the experiments of Springer open access, thischapter makes some suggestions for Chinese open access. The last is theconclusion which evaluate on the whole research work and describes thefuture research objectives.
