Abstract
With the rapid development of China's construction industry, building energyconservation has always been one of the important study subjects. Despite great effort inthis research field, building energy consumption in China remained conspicuouscompared with the developed countries. In recent years, both national and localauthorities have made norms and standards for the building energy efficiency, which hasplayed a certain role in the protection and support in the energy conservation of existedand new buildings. However, we still lack energy-saving standards for the special kindof buildings such as highway service areas. Characteristic by high populationconcentration and big heating energy consumption, the expressway service area inseasonal frozen regions required more attention to its energy conservation. Based on thestudy background and the reasons above, I performed my paper work with the project ofJILIN Provincial Communication Department., I studied the key techniques for buildingenergy efficiency of highway service area in seasonal frozen regions, explored theoptimization of the building envelope system for energy-saving, and put forward to thestrategy of the application of the 65% energy saving technologies for the Gongzhulinghighway service area in Siping bureau, the branch of the highway administration in Jilinprovince.
Firstly, in this paper, I explained the professional concept “seasonal frozen regions”in the field of traffic, and made it as the study scope of this article. I elaborate therelated concepts of the energy efficiency by 65% in public buildings, and put forwardthe feature of the building in highway service area and the energy-saving work on it.
Secondly, based on the investigation and study of the highway service area inseasonal frozen regions, I raise the characteristics of the design for the building and theprimary factor for building energy-saving of highway service area.
Thirdly, I explored the key techniques for building energy-saving of highwayservice area based on the analysis of the principle of building construction, optimizedthe structure design for the important part of building which is likely to grow to buildingthermal bridge, designed a prefabricated window board which is beneficial to windowenergy efficiency and put forward to a set of technologies which will make theenergy-saving rate reach 65% in the building of highway service area in seasonal frozenregions.
Abstract
As one of the most important mechanical transmission elements, gears have applications inlots of industrial fields such as motor-behicle, wind power, aviation and ship craft. The currenttrend is towards high-speed and heavy-load. It has a certain practical significance to establish areasonable model of gears and have a in-depth study of the factors that influence gear meshingtansmission for enhancing the gears' load-bearing capacity and transmission stability, savingdesign time and the cost of experiment. Based on FEA method, This article studies the effects oflength of shaft、rotational speed and load on characteristics of gears in dynamic meshing, analyzes the effects of shaft and load on meshing stiffiiess at the same time. This article mainresearch content is as follows:
(1)this article deduces the formula of the maximum contact stress of gears based on Hertzcontact theory, introduces the finite algorithm to solve the problem of contact, summarizes themain technical points of solving the dynamic contact problems based on ANSYS, providingtheoretical basis for the analysis of gear contact. This article establishes a finite element modelof shaft and gears, optimizes the finite element meshing model.
(2)Based on the principle of straight gear involute tooth profile surface, this articleestablishes three-dimensional parametric modeling of gears. Considering the influence of shaftdeformation on the properties of gear dynamic meshing, meshes the model through thegeometric partitioning. It makes necessary preparations for the objective and accurate analysisof dynamic characteristics of gear contact(3)Based on the reasonable finite element model of gears, this article makes in-depthstudy the dynamic characteristics of gears, gets the rule of the maximum contact stress with themeshing position changes, studies the stress distribution of tooth surface. Results show that thedynamic contact analysis based on the shaft and gear transmission model can accurately,real-time simulate the gear dynamic meshing process, providing the reference and basis for geardesign(4)Considering the variability of gear transmission system working conditions, thisarticle takes the example of three typical work factors like the axial length, speed and load, thisarticle establishes comparative analysis models, studies their influences on dynamic meshingcharacteristics. The results show as follows: The axial length has great effect on the stressdistribution of the gear tooth surface; Speed has a great influence on the gear meshing contactcharacteristics, with the increase of rotational speed, gear contact stress increases; the speedamplitude of driven gear increases when the speed of driving gear increases, and when therotation speed reaches 200 rad/s, driven gear's speed amplitude increases sharply, the resultsprovide guidance of the choice of reasonable speed ranges. The influence of load on gear'sspeed amplitude is not big, but with the increase of load, tooth surface contact stress increasessignificantly.
(5) When gears mesh alternating single and double teeth, stifl&iess incentives caused bythe elastic deformation of gears produce vibration and noise. So this paper studied the variationof gear meshing stiffiiess, establishes the ideal gear models and models with shafts, the resultsshow that the join of shafts reduces gear meshing stiffiiess; This article studies the effect of loadon meshing stiffiiess for both models, the results show that as the load increases, there is a smallincrease of gear meshing stiffiiess; load has a greater influence on meshing stiffiiess of the idealgears than of the gears with shafts.
Abstract
The Tibetan heroic epic “gesar” after a long time of accumulation and evolution, form the world's longest epic. On Tibetan social life also had a profound impact, it isall-embracing content so that it is called a Tibetan encyclopedia of social life. Theepic “gesar,,Tibetan is going around. Abstract
The transfer of control market is quite prosperous in China. In orderto obtain the best interest, controlling shareholders are inclined toabuse their controlling power.By far, there has still been lack of relevantlegal regime of duties imposed on controlling shareholders in transferof control. This paper analyses the cause of undertaking obligation whenthe controlling shareholders transfer their rights and proposed specificobligations and legal liability in accordance with the situation of theabuse of the controlling right.
This paper is divided into four chapters.
The first part is clarify three concepts, including the right ofcontrolling, the controlling shareholders and the tranfer of theright, from the development of controlling shareholder. This part alsodistingush the controlling shareholder and other similar concepts.
The second part is concerning the circumstances of the abuse of rightduring the transaction of the controlling right. And this part lay thefoundation for the controlling shareholders' obligtion through theanalyse of reason for imposing duty on the controlling shareholders.
The third chapter focuses on the obligation of the controllingshareholders when the tranfer of the controlling right. They have the dutyof care obligation to investigate ,information disclosure and controlpremium sharing. This part also elaborate the related information of theseobligations.
The fourth chapter analyzes the responsibility when controllingshareholders go against those obligations. This part conducted specificanalysis from three aspects, including liabilitystructure, responsibility and form of the obligations. For defaultbehavior, control transfering in violation of the obligation mainlyembodied in the breach of duty of care and breach of duty of loyalty.Interms of injury consequence, the control transfer of controllingshareholders loss is only property damage caused by a breach of duty, without personal responsibility. On the composition of controlshareholder responsibility, the obligation of this deviation must alsobe the proximate cause of the damage occurred, responsibility to setup. The plaintiff burden of proof.
