　　Abstract

　　“Twelfth Five Year Plan” period, China's aging process of population will further accelerate.

　　“Twelfth Five Year Plan of Chinese Development on aging cause” and “Twelfth Five Year Planof Chinese basic public services system”, also other related policy documents, vigorously calledfor speeding up the development of Chinese aging public service from level of the healthmanagement, and enhancing the quality of residents endowment.As society's demand of publicservices design and research is increasingly thick, design idea and method of service is alsogradually on the rise and development.

　　This paper combines the situation of the current development of health management inChina, and elderly's urgent demand for public services of health management, also according tothe idea of Human-Centered design and related method of services design, research and designthe public service system of health management for elderly, While, in order to carry out theresearch work practically and easily, take the elderly patients and risk group of hypertension inBeijing's urban community as example.

　　The first part, through the way of interview, observation and questionnaire, investigate thedevelopment situation and social environment of the public service of health management inBeijing's urban community, understand the elderly's health maintenance consciousness andmode in Beijing city community, as well as their Cognitive, participation, evaluation and needson the health management and recreational activities.

　　The second part, firstly, through in-depth interview and user observation, collect the targetelderly's information of needs and characteristics on health management; secondly, induce,integrate and analyze the survey information, construct the target public service's entirerequirements list and user requirements list; finally, by constructing the user role, describing aday in the life of the target elderly, and drawing the customer journey maps,which reflect thetarget elderly's experience of taking part in the existing health management, research and showthe life form of the target elderly.

　　The third part, based on the results of social survey and user research preceding, through theway of theory analysis and service design research（using the methods of “service blueprint” and“storytelling”）， research and design the public service system of health management for elderly,including confirm the basic content of the service , process and mode of the service , serviceplatform, functional plate of the service system, and the contact point of the service（requirements of development on the system soft and hardware parts）。

　　The fourth part, based on the results of the public service system's research and designpreceding, as well as the corresponding requirements and characteristics of the target elderly,using the related thoughts and techniques of industrial design, work on the design of the corehardware of service contact point, including put forward a concept of home product clusters forelderly's health management, and design a desktop center equipment for health management anda portable equipment for health management.

　　ABSTRACT

　　With the speeding up of the social development and the pace of people's life,mostyoung parents are busy with their jobs,so that they have no enough time to take care oftheir children at home .However, the video monitoring is the most intuitive form ofguardianship,the problem of children-care has already become the focus in society now.

　　According to the way of the transmission in video monitoring system,the videomonitoring system can be divided into two kinds:one is wired video monitoring,theother is wireless video monitoring.The wired video monitoring is stable andreliable,which has a fast transmission rate.However,the wireless video monitoring canmake up the shortcomings including the difficult of constructing,the high cost ofnetwork construction, and the huge maintenance workload.Although the two system canmeet the basic requirements of video surveillance,their function is relatively single,andthe traditional video monitoring system have only one terminal that can move（client orthe monitoring terminal）。It can extend a multiple function system if combining thewireless video monitoring with the mobile platform.

　　This paper analyzed several ways of video monitoring,in order to realize therequest of the multi-function extension,then designed a wireless mobile videomonitoring system for Android based on Arduino and WiFi,which can be easy to enlargeand do the interaction easily. The system includes two parts:the video monitoringterminal and the client terminal,the video monitoring terminal is responsible formonitoring and transmissing video signal,the client is responsible for receiving videoand controlling the movement of mobile platform terminal.This paper chose theArduino UNO Rev3 as a controller,3 G mini router as a video processor and smartdevices with Android system as the client.The Arduino controller is responsible for thecontrol of the video monitoring terminal and the interaction with the client,the router isresponsible for video capturing,video processing and video transmitting.This paperfocus on the construction of the mobile platform and software.For the hardware,thispaper introduced the control circuit in Arduino UNO Rev3,the communication circuitbetween Arduino and SIM900 and video capturing circuit.For the software,the mobileplatform terminal has set up a small Linux platform called OpenWrt?programmed,optimized and transplanted the MJPG-streamer video server,programed a webapplication for capturing the real-time video image,writed a control program forArduino UNO Rev3 and an Android application in client terminal.

　　The test results show that the system can run well,the video capturing module canmeet the request for capturing the image 35 frames per second,the optimizedMJPG-streamer meet the real-time demand,the client module can show the imageaccurately and interact with the mobile platform terminal.The wireless video monitoringsystem based on Arduino and Wi-Fi will have wide application prospects.

　　Abstract

　　Due to special geographical and political reasons, Wholly dependingon “transfusion” of government funds, books published in Tibet underpinthe mainstream ideology among common people in Tibet. However, thepublishing industry in Tibet lags in the market because it is unable to“generate its own blood”. From the perspective of industry analysis, thisthesis aims to examine the publish industry in Tibet in a diachronic waybased on industrial statistics to identify existing problems, followed bydiscussion and solution.

　　Like other publications, books published in Tibet are also ofeconomic, social and cultural values. But they, at the same time, havetheir own distinguished characteristics. On the one hand, ethnicfactorslimit the development of the book publishing in Tibet, while, on the otherhand, they attach special functions to the book publishing in Tibet asfollows: 1, working as political and ideological guidance; 2, helping thegeneralization of advanced technologies; 3, improving the culturalinheritance and communication; and 4, enriching spiritual and culturallife. In other words, these ethnic factors provide publishing industry inTibet with development opportunities.

　　Based on statistics about publishing industry in Tibet, problems oftheme, talents, distribution and system were identified. From theperspective of industry, measures like changing the concepts towardsthe system and optimizing the specific publishing process are advised tobe taken to tackle the problems. Also, following the trend of digitalizingand making full use of the unique advantages of publishingindustry inTibet can be another solution.
